One Heart House is a place for community leaders, facilitators, and teachers to offer their gifts!
Community gathers here for singing circles, house concerts, Sunday Kirtan singing, yoga and meditation classes, Bija and breathwork, gong baths, movement workshops and ecstatic dance, New Moon women’s circles, solar holiday celebrations, music therapy and sound healing, massage/body/energy work, health coaching, permaculture principles and integration.
It is a place for members of our community to hold classes, gatherings, and events that support and enliven us, to nourish our radiant health!
Nuriya’s Offerings
The mind, body, spirit connection and its interplay is a dynamic context in which to receive massage, body work, and energy work. Our bodies house a complex guidance system that orients us with sensation, memory, and emotion. Our personality is held in the muscles, tissue, and skeletal posture of our bodies. Massage can be a deeper discovery of who we are and how we are navigating the world and our life’s journey.
Nuriya supports people in moving into greater self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. Her application of massage techniques is intuitive and co-created with each individual client. For over a decade, Nuriya has combined Neuromuscular, Lymphatic, Thai, Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, and Prenatal massage techniques as a licensed massage therapist. She is also a Reiki Master. Nuriya is a graduate of Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy and a Certified Transformational Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She also works as a Threshold Guide and Death Doula supporting people in grief, loss, and transition.

My Approach
The Nuriya Life is the life that is lived in the pure light of God. As a health coach and bodyworker, I use the chakra energy centers, sound and singing, stretching, and self massage to access and illuminate different parts of the body for healing. I ask powerful questions and we dive deep into the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Bio/Qualifications
I’ve worked for over a decade with people in massage and bodywork settings. I am a transformational life and health coach. I work most often with people in a dying process, a grief process, or caregiving role. I have worked extensively to attune people with the afterlife and their spiritual connection with the Divine.
