“Welcome to the One Heart House!” is how I greet you when you walk in the door. There is a place for you here. You belong here. It’s amazing to see my vision come into physical reality. I am honored to be a steward and space holder for this community gathering space!
I have been blessed with many roles! By day, I have served as a hospice worker since 2013 in the roles of a bereavement and grief coach, support group facilitator, chaplain, and massage therapist. As a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker, I offer massage therapy in Montezuma County and La Plata County in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities and also provided mobile massage home visits, while maintaining her private massage practice at the One Heart House.
I am a graduate of the Boldly Embody Life, Elevate Coaching and Facilitator Training program and certified as a Transformational Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I am a graduate of the Tiospaye Living Vision Transformational Trainings in Durango, Colorado and served on their coaching staff for four years. I am also a graduate of a three year Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy program.
I also love being a musician, vocalist. I lead Community Kirtan singing group every second Sunday of the month. I am a singer and songwriter with the One Heart Orchestra, a roots reggae band. I love to offer acapella lullabies and music therapy to hospice patients and their families. I also lead Heart & Song, Roots & Earth song circles and Dances of Universal Peace. I lead with a full hearted voice and encourages people singing with her to find their full voice, use it to vibrate the sacred syllables through their bodies, and tune into the harmonic and joy of the Oneness of all life!

Abigail Maxon
Restorative Flow Yoga- These 60 minute classes are great for any level yogi to promote peace and relaxation. We will be on the floor the majority of the time with slow paced mindful movements helping release tension from the body and activate the parasympathetic nervous system so the body can relax into a restful state of healing with a gentle approach. Abigail always infuses her classes with optional handmade herbal products and healing touch to open and close the class for a full sensory experience.
Abigail is a magical self care expert helping you create rhythms of renewal on your journey to steward peaceful states so your body can do the amazing job of healing itself. Her yoga style is slow and gentle and trauma informed. Great for all levels and body types. You'll always leave her classes feeling lighthearted, relaxed and at peace. She has been in the holistic health realm for over a decade gaining tools from a wide variety of natural healing modalities and resiliently embodying them herself through her own trauma healing journey, specializing in somatic tools for hormone cycle literacy. When she's not teaching yoga she teaches people how to reframe their relationship with their menstrual cycles through educational experiences, body based practices, and potent medicinal herbal products that powerfully support your empowerment. Ashley Grandkoski L.Ac.,LMT, Reiki Master
Ashley is an acupuncturist, energy healer and herbalist who is dedicated to transformational healing, natural medicine and supporting shifts in human consciousness. She weaves together a wide knowledge base, drawing from Chinese medicine, nutrition, personal transformational work, and her ability to read the body energetically to craft sessions and recommendations that heal on all levels. Through working with her, you will experience her deep presence, strong intuition and powerful healing touch, and see an increase in your own wellness on not just the physical, but the emotional and spiritual planes as well. She also shares her gifts with the community through writing and a variety of events, including ceremony, dance, seasonal celebrations and community acupuncture. She is a Mancos resident and a dedicated and full-time mama to her two sweet kids, who will likely befriend you if you come to one of her events.
I am a certified Reiki Master of the Usui Shiki Ryoko Method and a neuroacoustic sound practitioner- in training. When I received my reiki training and attunements, it opened a whole new possibility in me. I loved the way the flows moved and healed, and after years of practice, I'm still so in love with the energy. My gratitude for these flows and all they have opened up in me continues. I allow the reiki energy to move freely through me and clear blockages as it opens, heals, and supports everyone I work on. It's a beautiful, unique experience. I treasure the work I do and am always excited to use these flows on my clients, family, and friends. I'm truly passionate about this work and the results I witness every day.
I have trained in various forms of Hands on Healing, or energetic healing. My passion for these forms of healing is evident as I blend them all into my sessions. They unfold with effortless synergy and guidance when I am working. While I call myself a reiki practitioner and primarily use reiki to guide the healings, I am always utilizing more than that.
There are many healing opportunities with the modalities I use. To heal is to know self, and that is my intention for everyone. This journey has been a long time coming and I'm happy to be here. I like to incorporate all my gifts to create a wonderful experience for the client. I'm always happy to open up the space for healing and love. We can all use more of this. I am currently offering reiki sessions at the One Heart House on Thursdays from 2:30-5pm. I offer 30 min, 60 min and 90 min reiki sessions every Thursday.
