Large Classroom Rental
The spacious front room works well for seated circles of up to 30 people, 10 yoga mats, or other movement classes. Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, meditation mats and sitting pillows are available for floor seating. 20 chairs are available for seating and chair yoga. The kitchen and large table is also available for oily classes, meals, and workshops. A bathroom is available for class participants to use. A 40/60 (40% of profit to owner/ 60% to teacher) split is also available to cover rental fees for the first 3 months of rental to help you start building clientele.

Massage Studio Rental
This intimate space includes a massage table and access to a bathroom. Massage therapists, bodyworkers, energy workers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and reiki practitioners may use this light-filled room to practice. A 40/60 (40% of profit to owner/ 60% to practitioner) split is also available to cover for the first 3 months of rental to help you start building clientele.

This spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom is available to rent for traveling students and teachers, visiting family members and friends. Roll out of bed and take a morning yoga class! Kitchen access.
