The mind, body, spirit connection and its interplay is a dynamic context in which to receive massage, body work, and energy work. Our bodies house a complex guidance system that orients us with sensation, memory, and emotion. Our personality is held in the muscles, tissue, and skeletal posture of our bodies.  Massage can be a deeper discovery of who we are and how we are navigating the world and our life’s journey. 

Nuriya supports people in moving into greater self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. Her application of massage techniques is intuitive and co-created with each individual client. For over a decade, Nuriya has combined Neuromuscular, Lymphatic, Thai, Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, and Prenatal massage techniques as a licensed massage therapist. She is also a Reiki Master. Nuriya is a graduate of Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy and Transformational Life Coaching programs. Nuriya has worked with Hospice of Montezuma in Cortez, Colorado for 11 years as a massage therapist, chaplain, and grief support coach and support group facilitator. Nuriya is certified with the International Coaching Federation as a transformational life coach and grief coach.
